I spoke to Stan Finney on November 28, 2013 at the Thanksgiving day game at Teaneck and Stan told me he served in the Army during the Vietnam War.  He did not tell me any other details about his service.

Stan Finney is one of the greatest track stars Hackensack High School has ever had. Also, Stan has for many years helped with youth track programs in Hackensack.
